Descent

Description
Two explorers begin their descent into the cool, damp air emanating from the mouth of Ape Caves, one of the longest lava tubes on Earth. Formed over 1,900 years ago from lava pouring off of the Southern face of Mt. St. Helens, this underground system travels deep beneath the lush Washington landscape.
